Welcome to Showroomkipa. We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased from Showroomkipa.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery for decor items and within 14 days for furniture items.

  • The product is returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used, assembled, or altered products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damage

    • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship products back without prior approval.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary

If your refund is delayed, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

  • For large furniture items, Showroomkipa may arrange pickup logistics where applicable. Associated pickup fees may apply.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment or production begins.

Customized or made-to-order furniture orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting all items immediately upon delivery. Any visible issues should be reported as soon as possible to ensure faster resolution.
